Val Gilmour brought a rather large box of files containing photographs, documents of the early days (1982) of felting in Bunbury. Here is a picture of Val talking to present members about the history of the Bunbury felters followed by a some photographs.

These pieces are approximately 40 years old and still in very good condition.  The wool was a raw fleece which was washed/carded & combed, layered in a rectangle shaped container, stitched together to hold while being felted very carefully. Do you remember those days??
