November Meeting Show and Talk

Kim arrived at the November meeting looking particularly gorgeous.  We all wanted to know about the stunning silk nuno top she was wearing.

Turns out it was a Convergence inspired piece.  She had gone to the "Seamless Garments for Hot Climates" tutorial given by Sally-Anne Hall of the Spirited Hands Studio.

Sally-Anne and her mother Susan Thompson know all about hot climates as they live in the Sonoran Desert, Tucson,  Arizona  which sounds pretty hot to even us West Australians.

The wool has been placed on the inside as you can see above.  The gorgeous silk purchased from Treetops Colour Harmonies in the Convergence Traders Hall.

If you want to learn more about these techniques make sure that you are at our February meeting  - 9.30am Friday 3rd Stirling Street Arts Centre.

See you then.
