Christmas Gift Exchange
Our Christmas Gift Exchange project this year has been Pin Cushions.
An amazing variety of felt pin cushions were made and eagerly exchanged at the Christmas party.....such a talented bunch!
Does anyone know what a collection of pin cushions is called?

Seasons Greetings
Hello everyone, Sue#2 here,
A huge Thank You to Val for doing our Blog for us, I have a hard act to follow!
I will be using the relative quiet of the Christmas break to navigate my way through the instructions she has left me and hope to continue her good work.
So please be patient.....and keep looking at the Blog as it develops.
At our Christmas party on the 6th December, Sue Seaman was made a Life Member of the Bunbury Felting Group. Sue has been felting since the 1980's and has continued to support the creative development of new and old felting members since then. Sue willingly shares her knowledge of wool and felt, is always game to give things a go and lend a hand when asked.

Sue is a big asset to the group as well as a great lady. Well done Sue.

Last meeting of the year was Friday the 6th December where a gathering of the felting group enjoyed lunch in Yallingup at a members house. An annual general meeting of the program for 2014 - looks very exciting, information of the program will be posted on the blog at a later date. Votes on positions also changed - a big thank you to all those taking on new positions. Our outgoing leader Kerry Gelmi resigned after 2 years in this position and voted in was Sue Smorthwaite our new leader of the Bunbury Felters.
These were some of the wrapped presents under the tree. All members made a pincushion, they came in all shapes and forms.
I would also like to say goodbye as this is my last blog post and welcome Sue Smorthwaite as the blog master. A big thank you to all the followers of this post and we look forward to Sue's blogging from the Bunbury Felters.
